How it works

If you are interested in possible work opportunities through UNLIMITED Staffing, you must go through candidate processing to be included in our pool of available workers for hire.  In candidate processing, you will work with Staffing Consultants and our Regional Credentialing Coordinator to make sure you meet state requirements for the provision of those services for which you wish to be eligible.

Once you are determined to be eligible to provide services, you will work with a Staffing Consultant to communicate availability and coordinate interviews with staffing partners or consumers of services.  As a Home & Community Based Service Provider, and as a staffing partner for many human services programs in Southeast PA, we receive referrals for consumers seeking direct care workers and job orders for staffing needs regularly.  We will do our best to put you in touch with employers who will value your skills, and whose needs match up to your availability and preferences.
